When you use our directly provided consultancy services, or use our website, under the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), we act as a data controller. When you utilise our digital contract management and procurement solutions to store data that your organisation uses, we act as a data processor on your behalf as we are processing that data in accordance with your instructions.
Organisations we may share your personal information with
We will not and would never sell your personal information. We will only share your personal information where necessary with processing organisations like hosting companies and online service providers which help us to provide our business services to you. Where possible we will only use online service providers based in the UK or European Economic Area. If we need to use processing organisations which provide services outside these areas, we will ensure that their security measures are adequate and relevant and that they have security certifications in place like ISO 27001, or are EU-US Privacy Shield (or similar) compliant.
How long we keep your data for
Our policy is to keep data only for the length of time necessary for the processing activity we are carrying out. For example:

In relation to this you also have the right to ask us to erase this data and we are required to comply with your request within one month of receipt.
Where our legal basis for processing is “performance of a contract” you do not have the right to object to this processing, but once the contract has been terminated or reached the end of the contract period, you have the right to request us to transfer or copy your data to another organisation. We are required to complete this transfer within one month of receipt. You also have the right to ask us to erase any remaining personal information and we are required to comply with your request within one month of receipt.
Where our legal basis for processing is “consent” you have a right to withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the rights of data portability and erasure as described above.
