-
Data Collection and Analysis: Alpha Matica collected and analyzed vast amounts of HR data (policies, surveys etc…)
-
AI Model Development: Generative AI models were developed on the collected data to automate specific HR tasks. To enhance the context for answer generation, a tailored RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) approach was devised.
-
Human-in-the-Loop Integration: The AI models were designed to work in conjunction with HR professionals, providing them with insights and recommendations while leaving the final decision-making to human experts.
-
Use Case Implementation: The following use cases were automated with a focus on human oversight:
Onboarding:
Automated generation of onboarding documents and checklists.
AI-powered virtual assistants to guide new hires through the onboarding process.
Performance Management
Automated performance review scheduling and reminders.
Insights on macro employee's performance trends.
Learning and Development
AI-powered recommendations for learning paths.
Automated content creation for training modules.
Employee Engagement
AI-powered sentiment analysis of employee's feedback.
Automated generation of employee surveys and pulse checks.
Drafting of communication.
Outcome and Benefit
The implementation of Generative AI in HR resulted in significant improvements across various metrics:
